The 1771-IB digital DC input module operates with a voltage range from 10 to 27 Volts DC. Its nominal current ratings are 8 milliamps at 12 Volts DC rated voltage and 24 milliamps at 24 Volts DC. The 1771-IB digital DC input module is used to collect DC voltage signals from user devices and to convert those signals into the logic level that the PLC 5 processor needs.
