The Allen-Bradley 1440-SDM02-01RA module is an XM-124 standard dynamic measurement module. It is a machine condition monitoring and protection device that is used for measuring the dynamic parameters of rotating machines such as the vibration, pressure, strain, and position parameters. Other applications include non-contact eddy current probes, standard integrated electronics piezoelectric (IEPE) accelerometers, velocity transducers, AC voltage output, or DC voltage output measurement devices. The 1440-SDM02-01RA XM-124 standard dynamic measurement module can also be connected to a tachometer input for speed measurement and order analysis functions.
