The 1771-ID16 digital AC/DC input module is part of the PLC 5 series by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It features 16 inputs and it can operate with both AC and DC voltage. The 1771-ID16 digital AC/DC input module can operate at either 77 to 138 Volts AC or at 105 to 138 Volts DC. The rated backplane current of this input module is 75 milliamps. The 1771-ID16 digital AC/DC input module supports input filtering that the users can adjust and use to suppress voltage transients that would disrupt the module?s operation.
